The goal of the Food and Agriculture Officials Training Institute is to train the government officials working for the Ministry of Agriculture, Food and Rural Affairs (MAFRA) and its related organizations so that they may be equipped with creative and innovative abilities, and also to train the core farmers to lead the agricultural industry and the rural community.

We are intensifying the innovation & change management-based training to internalize the innovation drive of the government. We are conducting training programs related to improving the capacity of public officials, understanding agricultural policies, and cultivating job expertise in order to revitalize the organization and improve the work ability of its members.
